š Jaggy Road Park is Jiggying Up to a New Upgrade!
Jaggy Road Neighborhood Park on NE 72nd Ave is finally getting a much-needed upgrade! An updated playground, fresh benches, and some shaded features will be added. Construction will start in March 2026 and is expected to wrap up by June 2026. No more snark about this park!
āļø Vancouver Public Schools Strike Avertedā¦For Now
Vancouver Public Schools and their support staff reached a tentative agreement Monday, giving students, parents, and teachers a collective sigh of relief. Union members now have until Oct. 1 to vote, which means school will stay in sessionā¦for now!
š Foul Play Off the Clark County Youth Football Field
Clark County Youth Football parents are outraged after discovering coach Joshua Gene Warbis (fired Friday) is a registered high-risk sex offender. This information was verified by the Washington Association of Sheriffs and local law enforcement. Within two hours of this information being found out, Warbis was fired from the program. The Clark County Youth Football team has already begun drafting up new safety and background check protocols to prevent something like this from happening again.
