Happy Monday, Vancouver!

How is it already going to be July?!

It feels like we were just making ambitious New Year's resolutions (how are those going, by the way?!), and now we're somehow debating whether or not to adopt a tarantula (more info down below). Time really flies...unless you're a spider, in which case it mostly just scuttles (more below).

This week is packed with trivia nights, comedy shows, farmers markets, board games, and enough ways to procrastinate your responsibilities that Future January 2027 You is already disappointed.

🕷️ Spider Shoppe is Coming to Vancouver: Opening July 1st

Yep, you read that right! Tacoma's famous Spider Shoppe is weaving its way south to open its brand-new second location right here in Vancouver on July 1st.

To kick off the grand opening, the 50 first guests through the door will score a FREE spider to take home! If you’ve been looking to elevate your pet game past the usual cats and dogs, these tiny, fuzzy, surprisingly curious critters make the ultimate desk buddies. Known across the PNW for their massive variety of exotic invertebrates, tarantulas, and premium enclosures, Spider Shoppe is bringing all the creepy-crawly expertise straight to Clark County.
