šŸ” The In-n-Out Sign is Up

Monday, January 12th in Vancouver, Washington

Happy Monday, Vancouver!

Okay, so not all of you are sick. But a whopping 21% of our readers are…which is nothing to sneeze at (pun intended). If you’re currently popping cough drops left and right, we see you. And if you’re somehow…healthy right now? Congratulations. Please stay away from everyone else for the greater good.

Despite the sniffles making the rounds, Vancouver is still chugging along with a handful of events this week, plus a few low-key ways to get out of the house without committing to anything too ambitious.

Anyways, here's what to expect in today's edition of The PNW Report (Vancouver):

šŸ” In-n-Out in East Vancouver Officially Puts Up Signs

The highly-awaited In-N-Out location on 136th and Mill Plain in East Vancouver just made things official by putting up signs, which is basically the fast-food equivalent of a promise ring?! No burgers yet, but the signage confirms that Double-Double dreams are very much alive and that the traffic is very much coming.

🌮 Los Pepes Restaurant Coming to East Vancouver

East Vancouver is getting spicier with a second Los Pepes officially on the way, bringing more tacos, burritos, and excellent decision-making opportunities to the neighborhood. While details are still unfolding, any new Mexican food option in Vancouver is automatically a win. The new restaurant will sit at NE 112th Avenue and 51st Circle and will mark the second in Vancouver (the first as at the Vancouver Mall). Get ready to have your world GUAC-ed!

šŸ• Juliano’s Pizzeria Reopens after Being Closed Since March 2025

After a literal kitchen fire shut things down in March 2025 (talk about taking ā€œwood-firedā€ too far), Juliano’s Pizzeria in East Vancouver has officially reopened its doors. The beloved spot (serving sizzling pies for 38 years) went dark after the blaze, despite owner and Vancouver resident Corey Terry initially hoping it’d only be a short hiatus. Turns out you can’t keep a good pizza place down, because Juliano’s has risen once again!
