Happy Monday, Vancouver!

June is on its way out, and now it’s suddenly the first week of July, which means three things: it’s hot, it’s a four-day workweek (bless), and you will start hearing the highly illegal (but inevitable) noisy symphony of premature fireworks.

Oh, and guess what? The Vancouver Waterfront Concert Series is kicking off for the season this Thursday. We have all the deets below, but you know what that means: summer in Vancouver is officially here!

⛽️ Costco on Padden Parkway Seeks to Build New 40-Pump Standalone Gas Station

Costco is gearing up to super-size its fuel game at its Padden Parkway location! They’ve filed permits to tear down the existing gas pumps at their Padden Parkway site and replace them with a 40-pump standalone station across the street…basically a Costco gas for Costco gas (🤯) If the plan gets approved, expect construction to rev up sometime next year.
