May has officially crash-landed on our calendars, which means it’s time for sunshine, sneezing, and a calendar stuffed fuller than a Sunday brunch line at Syrup Trap. It's also the perfect time to dust off those sneakers, stretch something that hasn’t been stretched since the winter, and get outside for some good old-fashioned movement…be it walking, biking (more on that below!), or chasing your dog who saw a squirrel.
