Happy Monday, Vancouver!

If you’re still recovering from the emotional rollercoaster of last week’s weather, fear not…we come bearing tidings of comfort and joy (and a very thorough list of where to find Santa this month). Classic mall photo? Covered. Cozy small business Santa? You’ve got it. Need your St. Nick cheer with a side of beer? We’re hoppy to oblige.

In other big news, one of Vancouver’s eternally-under-construction projects has officially wrapped up. That’s right…miracles do happen in December! But of course, balance must be restored to the universe, so while one project finishes, one franchise store must close. Pour out a peppermint mocha, folks…’tis the season of both giving and taking away!

Providence Academy has officially revealed its brand-new ($2 million!!) Sacred Heart Plaza. After months of hard-hat hustle and signage, the refreshed space is ready for serene strolling, picturesque moments, and a whole lot fewer construction cones. Consider it a divine upgrade, we guess?!

📉 Office Max in East Vancouver Is Calling It Quits

In news that shocks absolutely no one, the Office Max in East Vancouver is officially calling it quits. The era of emergency toner runs and wandering through aisles of very enthusiastic office chairs is coming to an end. Pour one out (but preferably not on your keyboard). Closing sales are officially at 40%, but we predict they will get much, much higher.
