š¦ Shark Tank, Volcanoes, and Vanishing Coffee Shops
Monday, November 17th in Vancouver, Washington

Happy Monday, Vancouver!
As we cruise into Thanksgiving Week Eve (yes, itās an official term), our local foodie scene has lots of updates. For starters, a new ice cream cone shop that was featured on Shark Tank is about to open, and a beloved ramen spot has finally reopened after months away.
And, because the universe requires balance, a popular local coffee shop closed permanently (with basically no warning), leaving behind only questions, cravings, and confused regulars still pulling the doorhandle.

LOCAL NEWS
š Kenjiās Ramen Has Officially Reopened
Ready for some pho-nomenal news?! Kenjiās Ramen has officially reopened, and Vancouverās collective slurping can resume at full volume. After being closed since May, the beloved spot is back with its steamy bowls, rich broth, and decadent toppings. Why broth-er eating anywhere else?!
š¦ Crispy Cones Coming to Skyview Station in Salmon Creek
Hold onto your sweet tooth, because Crispy Cones (yes, the Shark Tank-famous, dough-twirled, soft-serve-loaded dessert wizard) is coming to Skyview Station in Salmon Creek. Theyāll be right next to Chipotle, creating a dangerously convenient āburrito-then-dessertā pipeline. Warm, sugary, cinnamon-kissed cones filled with ice cream? SAY NO MORE.
āļø Fairway Coffee on 119th Unexpectedly Closes
Fairway Coffee on 119th has officially brewed its last cup as of Friday, November 14th. The popular coffee spot announced in a Facebook post the day prior that they were closing permanently after 12 ½ years of keeping the community perked up.
Patrons and followers were steamed and stirred by the sudden closure, especially since the shop had just been teasing new winter drinks a few days earlier. Fairway, thanks for a dozen years of keeping us groundedā¦youāll forever hold a special place in our hearts and coffee cups ā¤ļø
