🄘 Virasat Indian Food Coming to 192nd Avenue

Ready for some naan-stop flavor? Virasat Indian Food is coming to the former Coast to Coast Fish House location on 192nd Avenue in East Vancouver. Opening date and further details are still TBD, but honestly, your taste buds should start stretching now. We’re dal-ighted to get more Indian food in Vancouver!

šŸ’§ Vancouver Water Features Closing This Weekend Until Spring 2026

All good things must come to an end, and the Columbia River and Esther Short Park water features are no exception. Last splash is this upcoming Sunday, September 14th. Back in Spring 2026!

āš–ļø Evergreen vs. Evergreen: Courtroom Edition

After two weeks of no school, Evergreen Public Schools is taking its 1,400 striking paraeducators, bus drivers, and staff to court, asking a judge to force them back to work. The district even sent out an email saying school would start Thursday…then sent out a correction less than 10 minutes later. The drama continues this morning at 9 a.m. in Clark County Superior Court. As always, we’ll keep you updated as we know more!
